《礼记·中庸》：“凡事豫则立，不豫则废。毛泽东在《论持久战》中也说道“‘凡事豫则立，不豫则废’，没有事先的计划和准备，就不能获得战争的胜利。”所以我们做任何事情也要做好准备，制定计划，做足功课。

“至数里者，三餐而返，腹犹果然；至百里者，宿舂粮；至千里者，三月聚粮。”鹏之徙于南溟，因为有垂天之翼与六月息，以及一颗高飞的心；上古之大椿，八千岁为春，八千岁为秋，因为准备了遒劲盘错的根系，生生不息的精神以及一颗长寿的心。在1984年洛杉基奥运会上，实现中国奥运历史上金牌“零的突破”的奥运会射击冠军——许海峰，在接受采访时说道：“我那时候拿冠军，其实就是一件事，认真准备。”杨利伟做好了充分的准备，踏上神舟飞船，实现了亿万人民的飞天梦，加速了中国航天的进程，引起世界震烁。准备，创造了这位航天英雄。古往今来的事例告诉我们，凡是预则立的重要性。而现在，马上就要迎来期末考试，我们也要做好计划和准备。心理学家研究发现，学习好与差的一个重要区别，在于有无计划。恰当的学习计划，有助于统筹兼顾地安排好各科，目标明确的计划，会大大提高复习的效果。

李白之所以成为诗仙，不仅是因为他天资聪明，更重要的是铁杵磨针的故事启发了他。于是，他走上了学习的万里征程，终于成为才华出众的诗人。由此可见，求知并不困难，只要有恒心，勤耕耘就能结出丰硕的果实。世界上不是许多具有这种精神的学者吗？马克思的才能是惊人的，这是因为他在学习上有持久精神和坚韧性。他认为：“在科学上没有平坦的大道，只有不畏劳苦沿着陡峭山路攀登的人，才有希望达到光辉的顶点。”鲁迅的文学修养是出众的。这是因为他在学习上有刻苦的精神，有恒心。他曾经说“哪里是天才，我是把别人喝咖啡的工夫都用在工作上了，把握住时间就等于延长寿命。”贝多芬之所以成为举世闻名的音乐家，是因他有持之以恒，不畏劳苦的精神。正如他说的那样：“没有一天不动笔，如果我有时让艺术神瞌睡，也只是为了使它醒了以后更加兴奋。”然而有些人，他们不懂得“学贵有恒”的道理。他们认为天天学习太单调乏味。还有些人，他们的理想十分远大，但由于没有恒心而未能实现。法国作家乔冶桑的小说《贺拉斯》中生动地刻画了这样一个典型人物：他有理想，说了不少豪言壮语，甚至在梦中追求丰功伟绩。可一旦动手实行，就在困难面前一筹莫展;遇到挫折就垂头丧气，一蹶不振；在学习上则是一曝十寒，最后落得年华虚度，成为人们的笑柄。事实证明，只有把想和做结合起来脚踏实地，坚持不懈，才能获得成功。荀子云“锲而不舍，金石可镂；锲而舍之，朽木不折”说的也是这个道理。“行百里者半九十”学习过程就是不断克服困难，解决矛盾的过程。它就象两军阵前的交锋，不坚持到最后一刻，就会前功尽弃，一败涂地。

宋代词人苏轼说：“古之立大事者，不惟有超世之才，亦必有坚忍不拔之志”。相信我们每个人都不愿功亏一篑，所以在接下来这段时间里，让我们一起并肩作战，做好自己的新学期计划，有目标，有行动，做到善始善终，让自己在新学期里成为更加优秀的自己。

We know the importance of preparation from ancient times. Now, final exam is coming, we should make a plan and prepare for everything. Psychologists have found that wheather there is a plan or not, it’s an important difference between learning good and bad. The proper review plan can help to arrange the review of all the subjects.

Libai's name is not only a talented person,but more importantly,he was inspired by the story of the iron pestle.So he embarked on a journey ofstudy and finaly became a briliant poet,so it was not difficult to learn.As long as there is constant diligence,you can bear fruit.There are not many scholars of this spirit in the world.The genius of Marxis astonishing,Because he has a lasting spirit and perseverance in his study.He thought there was no royal road to science.Only those who do not dread the fatiguing climb of the steep paths.There is hope for aglorious summit. Luxun's literary accomplishment is outstanding. This is because he is studying hard spirit,has perseverance.He used to say that he was agenius, and I was working on other people's coffee.To seize time is to lengthen life. Beethoven became a world-famous musician.Because it has the spirit of persevering.As he said.Not one day without a pen.If I sometimes make the art god sleepy. It was just to make him wake up more excited.But some people.They don't know how to learn.They think it is tedious to study everyday.There are others. Their ideals are very great. But because there is no perseverance, it can not ber ealized. 自小组建立以来，每一位成员的表现都非常优秀，不论是学习，还是班级各项活动，他们小组都一马当先。

他们坚持做到依靠集体的力量。遇到难题，一人苦想，终无所获。因此，他们经常一起，共同探讨，解决难题。正因为他们互帮互助，团结友爱。小组的每一位成员才会有所进步。

他们坚决服从组长的合理安排。从课前准备，到细致记笔记，从小组讨论，到上交作业，学习的每一环节，组长都严格把关，争取做到更好。

他们坚持从严要求自己。因为只有严于律己，才能不给自己的小组抹黑，所以，他们做到了。对各科的学习，他们每个人都从不马虎，认真完成每科任务，并且做到崔校说的回归课本，反复阅读课本，力争每一个知识点都弄懂弄透。

正因为他们抱着对学习的重视，对老师同学的感恩，对学习的不怕苦，不怕难，才能一步一步地在各科学习的激流中前进。
