本周升旗仪式的主题是《成功来自勤奋》

常言道:“一份耕耘，一份收获”，勤奋是实现理想的奠基石，是补拙益智的催化剂，是通向成功彼岸的桥梁，是自学课堂里的老师，是人生航道上的灯塔。只有付出辛勤的劳动，才会获得丰硕的成果，不劳而获的事情是不存在的。勤奋属于珍惜时间、爱惜光阴的人，属于脚踏实地、一丝不苟的人，属于坚持不懈、持之以恒的人，因为勤奋，安徒生从一个鞋匠的儿子成为童话王；因为勤奋，巴尔扎克给人类留下了宝贵的文学遗产《人间喜剧》；还是由于勤奋，爱迪生才有了一千多种伟大的科学发明，爱因斯坦才得以创立震惊世界的相对论；中国古人也给我们留下了悬梁刺股、凿壁偷光、囊萤映雪的千古美谈。我们现在虽不能像这些伟人一样成就一番大事业，却可以把这种精神运用到平时的学习生活中，比如即将到来的期中考试。

大教育家孔子说过“学而时习之，不亦说乎？”只有有效的复习，才能达到事半功倍的效果，而考前的总结性复习、系统性复习更是一种有效的“温故”。复习对每位同学来讲都尤为重要。因此每位同学都要记住，老师指导的每一节复习课都是复习中的重中之重，因为这些课都是老师精心准备安排好的，复习课上看似都在重复平时学过的内容，其实，已是一种浓缩，一种总结，一种归纳，更是一种提高。希望同学们把握好课堂，上课要注意力集中，跟着老师的讲课节奏，做好课堂笔记，听好每一分钟的课。同时合理安排复习时间，制定复习计划，复习工作有秩序地进行是实现计划目标的重要保证。除了课堂上的认真听讲，课后的自主复习也是必不可少的，在这临考的紧张时期，我们要利用尽量多的时间抓紧时间复习，还要确立奋斗目标，树立必胜的信念，树立积极端正的态度，培养坚强的意志和毅力，期末考试是阶段总结性检测，目的是总结过去、面向未来，帮助同学们发现前面学习的长处和不足，充满信心去投身今后的学习。因而考试不是为难大家，而是要让大家考出自信。因此，抓住课本、抓住基础、抓住重点、难点才是最重要的。

Dear teachers and schoolmates,good morning!Today the topic of my speech is “Success comes from diligence”

As the saying goes”Harvest comes after diligence”Diligence is the cornerstone to achieve our dreams, the teacher of self-study,the guide of people’s life course.We can achieve our dreams through hard work, and there’s no such thing as harvest without efforts.Diligent people refer to those who cherish time and are willing to do things meticulously without giving up. Thanks to diligence,Anderson from a shoemaker’s son became a king of fair tale;Because of diligence,Balzac left us the valuable literary heritage ’’Human Comedy’’ Due to diligence,Edison made over a thousand inventions and Einstein was able to put forward the theory of relativity. The ancient Chinese people also gave us many historical anecdotes.Though we can’t achieve so much like those great people,what we can do now is to apply such diligence to our everyday study,such as the upcoming mid-term.

Great educator Confucius said”To learn and at due times to repeat what one has learned,is it not after all a pleasure? ” Only through effective review can achieve twice the result with half the effort.And the comprehensive and systematic review before exams is a good example.Therefore everyone of us should remember that each reviewing class from the teachers is the most important thing for us.Because these classes are well-prepared by the teachers.The contents are not just repeating those we learned before,but a kind of enrichment, a summary,a kind of enhancement of them.So let’s concentrate during the class and take notes carefully.At the same time,let’s make reasonable arrangement of our time and review according to scientific study plans,so that we can achieve a good result in the exam.To ensure a satisfying result,we must also have an active learning attitude and good persistence. Take it easy and be confident, you can make it as long as you have tried.

本周获得校长特别嘉奖的优秀学习小组是七年级（1）班的郑雯隆学习小组。

郑雯隆学习小组由郑雯隆、杨信远、魏诗尹、王闻宇轩、李家全、张可儿等六位同学组成。经过近两个月的学习，这群才进入初中的孩子对于学习小组模式已经驾轻就熟。高效课堂“6+1”也已经从抽象的概念到如今烂熟于心，而郑雯隆小组正是在学习过程中脱颖而出的一个小组。在组长郑雯隆的带领下，小组分工明确。每一堂课、每一个环节组员各司其职。六个人的小组在课堂上能拧成一股绳，劲往一处使。课下也是如此，知识点相互过关、兵教兵的结对帮扶也在该小组体现得淋漓尽致。“冰冻三尺，非一日之寒”，六个人的始终如一造就了这个优秀的小组。可以说郑雯隆学习小组不仅体现了团队的力量，同时也做到了“自主学习，自主管理”，是小组学习的典范。

经七年级（1）班全体师生推荐，校长批准，特给予郑雯隆小组校长特别嘉奖，以资鼓励！
