本周升旗仪式的主题是《有梦想，更要有行动》。

　　人不能没有梦想，梦想是美好的，但是如果梦想不付诸现实，都只能是一个美好的幻影。梦想的实现需要我们付出很多努力、艰辛。

　　古语云：“天行健，君子以自强不息”，它告诉我们人要有一种积极进取、永不放弃的精神，在我们的学习生活中，同学们可能会面临一些如学习竞争、纪律严格、知识更新、能力发展等新问题，会产生一些如生活环境、师生磨合、期望与现实的落差等新的困惑。但是我希望同学们不论遇到多么痛苦的挫折，不论现实和理想有多大的距离，不论梦想的实现有多么艰辛，永远不要放弃，永远不要让父母、师长对你的殷切期望和你自己的美好理想落空。

　　你想成为什么样的学生，你想要什么样的人生，这是每个个体都无法回避的问题，理想和追求决定着我们行动的方向。记住，在这个世界上，你是独一无二的，我们虽然无法复制他人，但是我们可以借鉴。即便是自己存在弱势和不足，也可以试着扬长避短。当然，理想是离不开现实的，如果一意孤行，那只能算作空想。如果你能清醒地认识环境的变化，并且充分利用它所带来的机遇和挑战，那么你的梦想离现实会更近一步。

　　如果说拥有梦想是一种智力，那么实现梦想就是一种能力。只要你舍得付出，梦想与现实就是一步之遥。如果你想坐享其成，梦想与现实就相隔千里。雄心壮志固然重要，但更重要的还在于行动，在于行动中没有坚韧的毅力，有没有顽强的信念。因此，我们可以试着把目标定在每一天。在一个巨大的目标面前，我们常常会因目标的遥远和艰辛而感到气馁，甚至怀疑自己的能力。而在一个小目标面前，我们却往往会充满信心地去完成。所以我们要学会把手头的学习当作唯一重要的事情去做，全身心的投入，你只有做好了眼前的这些事情你才有可能实现今天的目标，以至更长远的目标。追求梦想的道路上没有一蹴而就，只有脚踏实地。

　　在通往理想的道路上必然会遇到各种各样的障碍，面对挫折，我们要学会坚持。在坎坷中奔跑，在挫折中涅盘，累而不止歇，苦而不逃避。无论压力多大、困难多少，我们都要试着坚持自己最初的梦想。

我们改变不了环境，但可以改变自己;我们改变不了过去，但可以改变现在;我们不能预知明天，但可以把握今天。我要说，有梦想，更要有行动。努力吧!

英文版：Good morning. Today, the title of my peech is Actions are More Important than Dreams.

People can not live without dream, dream is a beautiful thing. But dream is a dream, we can't put a dream into a reality if do nothing. Of course, the realization of a dream is to pay a great deal of effort.

An old saying goes, “ Day line, gentleman when self-improvement.”It tells us that man has to have a positive spirit of enterprising, never give up. In our study life, the students could face some competitions and some new confusion. But no matter how painful the setbacks are, no matter how large the distance is between the reality and the ideal, no matter how hard the realization of the dream is, never give up, never let our parents, teachers and ourselves down.

What kind of students do you want to be? What kind of life do you want? This is the problem that each person is unable to avoid, the ideal and the dream determine the direction of our actions. Remember, in this world, you are unique, although we can't copy others, but we can draw lessons from them. Of couse, ideal should accord with the actual, or the ideal can only be wishful thinking. If you can clearly know the change of the environment, and make full use of the opportunities and challenges, you will be one step closer to dream from reality.

If the dream is a kind of intelligence, then achieving your dream is a kind of ability. As long as you are willing to pay,the distance between dream and reality is often only one step away. So, we can try to target it in each day. Always keep those long term goals in mind. You can achieve those hard goals which you've failed at in the past: just take small, incremental steps. Although during the journey, we will encounter all sorts of difficulties, but as long as we persist, we can overcome them. No matter how much pressure and difficulties, we must try to stick to our original dream.

We can't change the environment, but we can change ourselves. We can't change the past, but we can focus on the present and the future. We can't predict tomorrow, but we can hold on today. Work hard, actions are more important than dreams.

本周获得校长特别嘉奖的两位学生是七年级（10）班的班伟杰同学。

他个子不高，但威信不小，声音高亢有力，做事认真周到，他就是七年级（10）班的班主任助理，一个充满正能量的同学——班伟杰。

他做事认真，负责，老师安排的事务，在他的带领下，总是完成的漂漂亮亮，一丝不苟；管理班级他细心周到，当同学之间发生矛盾或犯错误时，他会第一时间了解情况，及时调节与劝阻，和其他班委商议，拿出处理方案，再把处理情况上报给班主任。他的管理，赢得了同学们的尊重与信任，大家都很信服他。

他的学习成绩虽然不是最好的，但是他的勤奋总能影响班上的每一位同学，课堂上，他格外认真，从不懈怠。早读时，总能看见他端坐的身姿，听到他充满感情大声朗诵的读书声。这就是他，一个上进，细心，稳重，踏实的男孩。经七年级（10）班全体师生推荐，校长批准，特给予班伟杰同学“校长特别嘉奖”，以资鼓励。

近期，在学校领导的精心策划和艺术组全体老师和同学们的共同努力下，我校第十届艺术节暨为明之星颁奖典礼取得圆满成功，在社会上，在同学家长中，引起强烈反响。这届艺术节暨颁奖典礼，场面宏大，文艺节目精彩纷呈，美术作品炉火纯青，颁奖典礼热烈庄严，实现了艺术和德育的完美结合，凸显我校这些年来素质教育和艺术教育的成果。在这成功的后面，有这样一群人，为了本届艺术节暨颁奖典礼成功举行，他们精妙构思，不辞辛劳，加班加点，认真准备，付出了极大的努力，他们是：蒋鹤丹、艾燕、李丽媛、吴泽、王睿欣、叶童、李俊、周玉婷、焦杰、曹娜、李筑、曹新权、王清华、侯卿。经研究决定，特授予他们校长特别嘉奖，以资鼓励。
